Ingredients
- 340 grams No yolk Pasta or any pasta you like(cooked it according to package instruction)
- 2 containers of 454 grams Alfredo Pasta sauce
- 340 grams canned tuna in water
- 1/4 cup onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- black pepper
- salt
- dried or fresh parsley
- Parmesan grated cheese
- bacon bits
Procedure:
- In medium heat saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil, then add the tuna. Cook and stir until it looks light brown. Sprinkle black pepper and salt to taste.
- Add Alfredo Pasta sauce, let it simmer for few minutes until the sauce is warm but occasionally stir it to avoid burning your sauce.
- Add pre-cooked pasta, mix until the pasta is covered with sauce. Remove from the stove and serve while it is still warm. Garnish it with parsley, bacon bits and grated Parmesan cheese.
Best served with garlic bread or toasted buttered bread. We ate ours without any bread.
You made me very hungry lol

That looks yummy! I was actually thinking of making a huge batch of creamy pasta with lots of different mushrooms to freeze. I might do that now that I see pasta. LOL! :)
ReplyDeleteTuna in a pasta is a nice match and adds a unique flavor.
ReplyDeleteIt’s a healthy pasta using tuna. Kids love spaghetti with meat sauce than white sauce. It’s good to know that your son loved it. It tastes good for sure.
ReplyDeleteNow, a pasta with Alfredo sauce is always yummy!
ReplyDeletePasta with tuna sounds delicious right now.
ReplyDeleteAlfredo are one of my favorite dressing even my family. Yours look so good.
ReplyDeleteNice one! I tried cooking pasta with tuna as well but I didn't use cream sauce. I used olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and tuna flakes with chopped onions and little garlic. Try that too. It's a healthier option with omega-fatty acid as well! :)
