Well, to be fair to myself I have noticed that whenever I ate less food my milk supply would decrease. Also, I read that when you exercise your milk will taste bitter. Anyway, no more alibis for me starting today. I will start eating a right portion of food and drink more fluids to have a good and stable milk supply and then breastfeed before doing my exercise. Also, I am no longer babysitting which gives me more time to do things I love to do.

the scale is screaming "GET OFF OF ME" lol |
Anyway back to zumba on wii, I choose to do the 10 minutes dance but could not even finish it because as soon as I started dancing, my youngest son also started fuzzing.

wii zumba |
There he is, crawling all over me. I just started dancing a minute ago lol. I tried to put him on the crib but he won't stop crying.
I picked him up and put him on the floor but he then hold on to my leg and stood up wanting to be held. I can't even move, I was scared I might hurt him accidentally.
So I picked him up and danced with him, boy was he so happy. I put him back on the floor and he started crying again, so I held him on my arm back and he was laughing and so happy. I figured out he wanted to do zumba too.
I didn't last, my son was heavy and my arm was sore. Only did my zumba for 3 to 4 minutes lol.
Oh well, hopefully I can do it longer next time and I found out he was just actually sleepy and wanting some attention. I'll keep you updated everyweek to my losing weight plan and show you my progress. I know I have to work hard on achieving my goal but same time having fun too.
Keep rocking it Jhady! In no time at all your son will join you!! Good job!!
ReplyDeleteHa ha! Thanks for your encouragement Monica. My 6 yr old son had already joined me doing zumba and now my youngest too.
DeleteI love doing zumba! I haven't done it one my wii in a while! I have to dust it off.

You Got It Baby In Hand That What I Would End Up Doing Too!
ReplyDeleteKeep it going! i like how your child is in the pics and sort of helping you out in a way..
ReplyDeleteGood for you! Good luck in your journey!
ReplyDeleteKeep going! And good luck! I really need to try Zumba myself. :)
ReplyDeleteWorking out with a little one can be VERY difficult and even stressful. Keep up the good work and don't get frustrated. I used to try to do a step aerobics tape, but that didn't work because the baby was so interested in climbing on my step...LOL
ReplyDeleteIt's great that you are trying to do this, getting your kids involved, and not giving up!
ReplyDeleteI've had the kids want to get involved in my exercise routine. It's hard to work out when they're awake, for sure. That's true now even w/my 6-yr old!
ReplyDeleteI think you should keep trying to do it with him! It makes it harder, I'm sure, but it's extra weight and he's getting involved. I think, eventually, it'll be fun for both of you that way. My son does the same stuff whenever I work out at home.
ReplyDeleteOh for fun. Doing it with your son will help with your arm muscles too! Amber N
ReplyDeleteMaybe instead of eating LESS, just change what you're eating? I don't know what your diet is like, but maybe switch out some of the less nutritious foods like simple carbs for veggies and protein. That way your body is still getting plenty of food, but it's food that's more conducive to fat loss and building muscle.
ReplyDeleteI love the photos, by the way...if my son's awake while I'm working out, he's always climbing all over me, hahah. Kids are funny!
Kudos to you for starting. That's the hardest part. Once you get into the routine your going to love Zumba. There's even Zuumba Kids so your kids can join in : )
ReplyDeleteHaha, I could not imagine myself doing Zumba with a baby in my hand, it would be so hard but I figure it's fun!
ReplyDeleteZumba is fun! Good job with your weight loss goal. It looks like you are heading to success.
ReplyDeleteKeep on going mama! :) WE can do this! LOL! I better get moving, I am really low on motivation or inspiration right now, but I am not giving up. Good luck to both of us!
ReplyDeleteGlad that you're determined to shape-up your physical frame into a healthy one.
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your weight loss plan. I'm sure you'll be able to reach your goals.
ReplyDeleteNow if all the Moms would do that, no one will gain weight woot!
ReplyDeletehaha! It's hard to lose weight while being with kids - doing this and that - but I am sure you can manage!
